If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 7 days prior to the start date to receive a full refund, minus the cost of one full day. Please note that holiday reservations are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of making the reservation, you will be eligible for a full refund, unless your reservation is for the following day.
